Is all type of wisdom or impacted tooth can remove using local ..??
It depends on the type of extraction involved and the dentist's preference. I don't get why everyone is so scared of general anesthesia. It's really not a big deal.
Reply:general anesthesia is a personal preference the patient makes based on what comfort level they would like. The doctor might encourage general over local but certainly would never say it is a must. The oral surgeon can remove the wisdom teeth whether you are awake or asleep.
If you are nervous about being completely out ask about twilight sedation. You are still conscious but have enough sedation to help you relax. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) helps patients relax too.
