Wisdom teeth? Dentist Please?

I'm 25 years old and I was wondering if that's too old for someone's wisdom teeth to come in. I started feeling a little pain last night and I thought I could feel something just under the surface. The pain went away this morning and it's just now coming back. Could this be something other than wisdom teeth? (Wishful thinking since I don't have health insurance and I don't really have a lot of extra money to get another surgery right now with car insurance coming up this month.)

I had both of my bottom wisdom teeth extracted, one of them was impacted. I'd rather not have to go through any more surgeries.

When the dentist took an x-ray of my upper teeth he saw them, but he told me that they would probably never come in. After 7 years, is it strange that they would all of a sudden decide to come in?

Before you guys say anything, I know it wasn't from something I ate or anything like that. I didn't have anything that day that could have scraped my gums or iritated them in any way

Wisdom teeth? Dentist Please?
I am 25 and had mine taken out a month ago cause they would always try to come in for a while then stop then a few months later flare up again. Best to get them out now. I am wishing I would have gotten mine out years ago. good luck
Reply:No some people actually have fits with them into their 40's they always try to push in at different times,
Reply:I'm 21 (22 at the end of the month) and just had my wisdom teeth out about a month ago so you're not much older than I am. But are you going to the dentist regularly? They should be doing X-rays of you and would be able to tell if your wisdom teeth were moving. I don't think you are too old to get them removed but I would go check with your dentist to see if thats the cause of the pain you're experiencing.
