Mesio angularly impacted lower wisdom tooth ..... is it common or complex ..??

This means your lower wisdom tooth isn't growing in straight, but at a 'forward angle'. Depending on the degree of the angle, and if it's completely or partially impacted in the bone, would determine how 'complex' it would be to extract it.

As far as 'common', many people have this same thing; it's really not a big deal and a routine oral surgical procedure.

I would suggest you have it removed by an oral surgeon, or at least a skilled GP....

Good Luck!

This is the most common type of wisdom tooth impaction.

Without seeing an x-ray, though, we can't say if YOURS is going to be easy or hard to remove.

But - DO get it out. This is a mesially impacted wisdom tooththat was left in place. The consequences are obvious, even to a non-dentist. http://www.members.aol.com/swf08302/wizd...
